Travel to Entry Island aboard the S.P. Bonaventure

This is the only inhabited island not linked to others. Approximately 130 anglophones, originally from Scotland, live there year round. The closer you get to the island during the one hour crossing, the more the landscape appears like Ireland, rather than Quebec. Horses and cows roam freely in the green, rocky hills. There's a bird sanctuary that is photographically spectacular.
