beaches on the Islands are without a doubt the most beautiful in Quebec,
and span over 250 km of coastline. Water temperature is actually warmer
than you'd expect, averaging a very acceptable ( ... ), and is actually
warmer than the waters around the Gaspesie. On the Magdalen
Islands, the beach at the Martinique is the warmest one. Other
favourite beaches are those of the Grande Echouerie, the South Dune,
the North Dune, the Hopital beach, and the Pointe-aux-Loups beach."
